About Me

I am a lifelong learner and young IT professional with experience in IT technical support. I am knowledgeable across various IT disciplines but I mostly specialize in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell scripting, and troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and iOS/macOS platforms. I also have extensive hands-on experience working with and troubleshooting hardware such as computers, printers, and a wide array of Zebra tech, including mobile computers, and printers.



I bring exceptional customer service, the ability to solve complex technical issues, effective collaboration with teams, and a keen eye for detail in fast-paced environments. I also bring a strong work ethic and a commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging technologies. Some of the items I am currently learning about are cloud technologies(Azure and AWS) and cybersecurity(blue teaming).

My Projects

Home Lab Running Active Directory

Built a home lab running AD with several clients joined on the domain. Implemented folder redirection, joined Linux clients to the domain, created a file server, and deployed a print server were some of the tasks completed with this project.

BASH Script that Performs Basic File Management Functions

Created a BASH script on an UNIX system that performs basic file manipulation commands like move, copy, and rename. Takes Windows commands as the first parameter and then performs the equivalent UNIX command.

Resume Website Template

Built a resume website template for other developers to download and create their own. Used these skills to build and deploy personal website with AWS(the one you are on now!)

Jellyfin Server with NAS

A home lab that allows one to upload digitally owned content into a network-attached storage. Jellyfin media server will then host the uploaded content and it will be available for streaming on any device. A Netflix-like service if you could say.

A web app that uses Spotify's API to extract user's playlists and outputs them into a text or Excel file.

A Python script that clears excess cache from selective apps. The script runs on an Android phone on a daily basis.

Tech

I am techie who is always informed and looking for the newest piece of tech. On the side, I test tech products and write detailed reviews for a major US consumer electronics retailer.

Science

Science is cool...especially, Space! I love Sci-Fi books and movies. Favorite movie: Interstellar(2014) Favorite Book: Project Hail Mary By Andy Weir

Sports

I enjoy a variety of sports like MMA, soccer, and basketball. My favorite of the bunch is MMA, I am usually always tuning into a UFC fight or boxing match on the weekends.

Music makes the world go round. I don't play as much as I used to but I like hitting things that make cool sounds(aka a drummer). Some of my favorite music genres are: Rock, Hip-Hop, Punk, Metal, Latin, and EDM.
